Thanks and all the best! -the video2brain team On-demand courses
What´s an "on-demand" course?
Some of our courses are available on DVD. Some are available "on-demand" which means you can watch them right away, on our site, and you can download them to your hard drive. Both DVD courses and on-demand courses include video2brain's feature-rich interface — the chief difference is the way they're delivered — with our on-demand courses, you can start learning today.
Do I need to be online to use an on-demand course?
You'll need to be online to watch the course on our website, or to download it to your hard drive, but once you've downloaded that course to your hard drive, you won't have to be online to use the desktop version of the course.
I´ve bought an on-demand course but now I can´t access it. What happened and what do I do?
You may have forgotten to log in to the site — to access any course you own, you just need to log in, which just takes a moment. Click on "Log In" at the top of the screen and then enter your email address and password. This lets us know it's you, and automatically "unlocks" any courses you own. (When you're logged in, you'll see your name where "Log In" was.)
If I download a course, do I have to download the project files too?
Most video2brain courses come with project files that you can use to follow along with the lessons. These files are kept in a separate zip file so that you can choose whether you want to download the course and the project files, or just download the course.
If I´ve bought a course online and get a new computer, do I lose my course?
No problem — just log in to your account and download the course to your new computer. (Note: our terms and conditions guarantee that you'll have access for 24-months from purchase.) General Questions
Do video2brain courses play on TVs/DVD players or on computers?
video2brain courses run on your computer, rather than on your TV. This is because they have a feature-rich interface that wouldn't be possible on a TV.
What´s this "Watch-and-Work" feature all about?
Watch-and-Work let's you resize the video player so that you can work along side the lesson.
Will the video actually end up in my brain?
That's kind of a metaphysical question for a FAQ, don't you think? But we're going to say... yes!
Where can I find free videos?
We unlock sample videos from all of our courses, and you can find this growing library of free videos, for your perusing, here. |
