What’s the difference between purchasing individual courses and subscribing?

When you purchase and download an individual course, it’s yours to use for as long as you want. When you subscribe, you can view the entire English-language video2brain library, including new courses as they come out, for as long as you keep your subscription current.

Your subscription includes access to every course in the English-language video2brain library, including new titles that are released during your subscription period. Standard subscriptions let you view all courses online. Gold subscriptions add downloadable project files. And our Platinum subscription lets you download courses for offline use.

How long do subscriptions last?

Standard and Gold subscriptions are available with both monthly and annual options. Platinum is available for annual access only. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of that period unless you’ve cancelled.

When can I start using my subscription?

Immediately after purchasing it (please note that it may take up to one hour for your account to be activated after your payment is processed).

The current pricing is labeled "introductory." Will it increase in the future and how does the price guarantee work?

Pricing may increase in the future, but we're currently offering a three-year price guarantee. If you join now and maintain your membership, you’ll have the price you pay for the subscription you choose (or lower) for at least the next 36 months.

Subscriptions are priced in dollars. Can I purchase a subscription even if I live in a country that uses a different currency?

Our subscriptions are available worldwide. The dollar amount will be converted to your local currency by PayPal or your credit card company.

Is there a discounted rate for subscribers to the French, German or Spanish video2brain libraries?

Not yet, but we’re already working on an “add-on” offer for next year. If you’d like to be notified when this is available, please write us at help@video2brain.com.

Are subscriptions available in multi-user licenses?

We have licensing options available for bulk purchases, and we're happy to work with you to find the license that best fits your needs and budget. If you have any questions about these options, please write us at sales@video2brain.us.

How do I access my training?

After you've subscribed, you’ll find all the courses under My video2brain > My Courses. You can access these courses anytime by logging into your account. If you have an iPad, you can also download the video2brain iPad app to access your courses as well as to view our free movies. You can also access individual courses on the product detail page of any course, or directly on your computer if you’ve downloaded that course (Platinum subscription only).

As a subscriber, new courses are automatically accessible on your My video2brain page. You can also go to Courses (or to the particular category you're interested in) and sort the titles in chronological order. You'll also receive a newsletter that includes news about new features and new titles.

How do I download project files and other supplemental course materials?

If you have a Gold or Platinum subscription, you can download supplemental materials using the download button on any course page.

How do I download video2brain courses?

If you have a Platinum subscription, you can download courses via the download button on course pages.

Can I continue to use downloaded courses even after my subscription expires?

No. The license is time-based and requires you to remove downloaded courses from your computer when your subscription expires. To continue using a course, you would need to purchase that individual course or extend your subscription.
